- The land applications are given to the Project Management Team, which assigns the appropriate plots for the applicant’s business based on the different zone categories.
- Discussions will hold between the applicant and GEZ Authorities before reaching a final agreement on the venture being established in the Industrial Zone.
- The Applicant may opt for a Preliminary Agreement allowing time to complete the necessary conditions, or move on to signing the final agreement, for which, GEZ has developed a bankable instrument that enhances access to third party finance and investment.
